Two Tongue Tales provides a platform for creating personalized, bilingual storybooks based on user-uploaded photos and memories. Our AI-powered service transforms your special moments into illustrated stories featuring text in multiple languages.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content and Photos

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us:

A limited license to process your photos and content to generate your personalized storybooks
The right to use AI and machine learning technologies to create illustrations based on your photos
Permission to store your content for the purpose of providing the Service

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, including photos of all individuals depicted.

5. Payments and Credits

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe)
One credit equals one complete storybook generation
Credits are non-refundable once used for story generation
Unused credits do not expire
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
Credits used for story generation are non-refundable
Technical issues preventing service use will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property

The generated storybooks, including AI-generated illustrations, are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Resell or redistribute the generated content
Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission
Claim ownership of the AI technology or generation process

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
Upload photos of individuals without their consent
Violate any intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate our AI systems
Use the Service for any automated or bulk processing

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability
